Faculty and Staff
Our faculty are accomplished educators that hold advanced degrees, including PhDs, from major Taiwanese and international universities and other formal qualifications, as well as having practical and professional hospitality industry experience. Local and international hospitality practitioners and other business personnel often deliver guest lectures and/or lead demonstration classes, providing their insights of the industry from a first-hand perspective.
